Benefits on the body

Through the specific self-massage techniques taught in the Auramat® Method , you obtain a general relaxation of the tissues and a sensation of pleasant warmth that spreads throughout the body thanks to the benefits of acupressure and reflexology.

This method uses the help of different tools that allow you to practice exercises on different areas of the body :  the platform allows you to counteract the stiffness of the extremities, such as feet and hands , or specific areas such as the back . For more information click on ” exercises “.

The tools of the Auramat® Method have been studied and designed with the aim of releasing accumulated tensions that tend to make the body rigid by acting on the myofascial tissue.

Furthermore, each tool determines a precise level of stimulation thanks to the geometric shape and intensity of the spikes  that allow you to reach the most tense areas of our body.

Benefits on the mind

Everyday life is fueled by tensions that are often emotional .

These tensions put the neuromuscular system on alert, creating states of anxiety that, over time, can have repercussions on the body ‘s well-being and therefore lead to movement dysfunctions . If you intervene in time, these tensions can easily be resolved through movement and self-massage (acute situation). When these “symptoms” are chronic , therefore prolonged over time, you will need to intervene in a more systematic and targeted manner. One of the most used and non-invasive techniques in the field of self-healing is myofascial self-stimulation (called MFR techniques).

Another technique widely recognized by the WHO (World Health Organization) is meditation through the Mindfullness method that offers an alternative to drugs for depressive symptoms, anxiety states typical of modern life. The Auramat® Method combats emotional tension by acting on the skin tissues, providing relaxation and heat so as to limit postural dysfunctions and facilitate movement, thus combating painful symptoms that lead to total interruption of activities.
